The Trial of Santa Claus Turns 25

Congratulations to Paul D. Barkhurst for being elected as the President for the San Antonio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for 2018-2019. The San Antonio Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is comprised of the San Antonio Division of the Western District of Texas. The chapter has served the San Antonio area since it was chartered in 1964. The San Antonio Chapter has approximately 300 members from private practice, government agencies, military branches, local law schools and local courts.
Congratulations to Joe R. Hinojosa for being elected as the President for the San Antonio Chapter of the Mexican American Bar Association for 2018. The Mexican American Bar Association provides a forum and a means for lawyers to promote the social, economic, political and educational advancement of the people of this community; and to serve the Mexican American community as a professional association by providing legal services, assistance and advice on matters of concern to the community, to encourage respect for the judicial system by rewarding and commending those who persist in the pursuit of fairness, justice and equality and by vigilantly guarding the rights of those who the system would oppress; to work through legislation, advocacy and education to accomplish these goals.
